Melody Janine Feaver, age 70, of Delaware, Ohio, passed away peacefully on December 21, 2025. She was born on January 14, 1955, in Columbus, Ohio, to the late Sterling and Maxine Jane Parker.
Melody was a proud 1973 graduate of Whitehall-Yearling High School, where she was a member of the Ramettes. Known for her incredible work ethic, she was a co-owner of National Green Landscaping for 25 years and was widely recognized as one of the hardest workers on the job site, never hesitating to lead by example.
She loved to travel, but her favorite place was always the beach, where she could spend hours collecting seashells and enjoying the peace of the ocean. During her travels, Melody and her husband, Terry, began attending Seacoast Church, where her faith deepened and her admiration for Christian artist Brandon Lake grew. She always attended as many of his concerts as she could.
A gifted and creative seamstress, Melody could make anything from Halloween costumes to a wedding dress. She enjoyed fishing, crafting, and caring for wildlife—lovingly naming the animals that visited her feeders. She also owned racehorses, helped with greenhouse work, and treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, who were the light of her life.
Melody was preceded in death by her parents, Sterling and Maxine Jane Parker. She is survived by her loving husband, Terry Feaver; her daughter, Tiffany Watkins, and son-in-law Erick Watkins; her son, Adam Ross, and daughter-in-law Kassy Ross; her stepdaughter, Sierra Feaver; her cherished grandchildren, Gage and Victoria Watkins, and Aubrey Ross; her siblings, Jim Parker, WYHS 1973, Jeff Parker, WYHS 1971and Nancy Parker; along with many former in-laws, nieces, nephews, and dear friends. She was deeply loved and will be missed beyond measure.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
