Thomas Frederick Bice, age 73 passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023.

He was a graduate of Whitehall Yearling High School, class of 1967. Veteran USAF. He spoke frequently about his love for Powell, Ohio where he spent his childhood. He was a loving father who cared deeply for his family and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, Russell LaVern and Margaret Frances (Thornton) Bice. Survived by daughter, Amber Bice. Funeral service Wednesday, March 15, 2023, 1:00 PM EVANS FUNERAL HOME 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call from 11:00 AM until time of service. Interment Glen Rest Cemetery.
