Jason David Evans, age 49 of Columbus, Saturday August 14, 2021. He was born May 21, 1972 in Columbus. Jason is survived by his mother Margaret Rutland, father William (Pat) Evans, step parents Charlie and Tami Rutland, his children: Alexandria (David), Summer (Ivan), Jasmine (Ronald), Nick, Jaylen and Jase; step dad to Jessica, Billy, Krissy, Gauge, Zayden; many grandchildren; siblings Mike, Audra, Jerry (Dawn) and Kris (Matt) grandparents Bill and Sue Evans; step father Clarence Wicks and other relatives. Preceded in death by grandparents Jerry and Audra. Jason lived most of his adult life at 4087 Ebern Avenue. He was owner of Jay on Call and Restoration Pro LLC. His children and grandchildren were his pride and joy. The Celebration of Life Service will be private. Contributions may be made to GoFundMe by Summer Evans.
