William Stiver Obituary

William P. "Bill" Stiver, age 74, of Amanda, Ohio passed away Saturday, September 23, 2023, surrounded by the love and memories of his family. Born March 1, 1949, in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Harry P. and Golda "Grace" (Berry) Stiver.
Bill proudly served in the United States Marines for two years during Vietnam. He later joined the Madison Township Police Department and retired after 17 years.

Bill was an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoyed numerous hobbies such as woodworking, trains, and playing guitar. He always had a project; often starting the next one before finishing the last. He most enjoyed spending time with his grandkids doing fun things like traveling to the Outer Banks and pool tournaments.

Bill is survived by his loving wife of 47-years, Vicky Stiver; children, Jeff (Michelle "Missy") Stiver; Jeremy (Nicole) Stiver, Jessica (Johnny Bates) Stiver; grandchildren, John, Maddex, Riley, Reese, Roston, Abigail and Addison; sister, Ruth (Rich) Stiver-Stout WYHS Class of 1967; and numerous other loving family and friends.
