Sandra Kay Welch, age 49, Saturday, March 2, 2013 at her residence. Sandra was an amazing mother and the most thoughtful person. Survived by daughters, Samantha Turner and Stephanie Turner; son. Yomi Okeowo; grandchildren, Jayden, Sayvon; parents, Richard and Barbara Welch; brothers, Marvin, Willy, Rick; cousin, Chandra; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
