Joan Elizabeth Frazier passed away at home on May 26, 2022, at the age of 75.  Joan was a 1964 graduate of Whitehall-Yearling High School.

She is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Marie Phillips, and her sister Shirley Galbraith.  Joan is survived by her high school sweetheart and husband of 53 years, Robert Frazier; her children Julie(Keith) Lucas and Randy Frazier; her grandchildren Kassie, Caleb, Nico, Micah, and Noah; her sister Marjorie; and her brother Robert.  
A private family gathering will be held.
