Buddy (Albert) Brown - Class Of 1969

Buddy Brown - Obituary (& corrections).

This obituary has some errors.  I wrote to the company & they said they would send these following corrections to the author of the obituary,  Buddy grew up in Columbus, not Chilicothe, OH.  He was a 1969 WYHS, graduate & was confirmed at Faith Lutheran Church.  It also says he was born in Pinellas Park, FL & Maryland.  He was a retired Tech Sargent in USAF.   Sorry this life's information isn't accurate.  If there are revisions, I'll post them.

Albert Franklin Brown, a beloved husband, father, and community member, peacefully departed this world on March 17, 2025, at the age of 73. Born on October 8, 1951, in Pinellas Park, FL, Albert spent his life turning dreams into reality both in the sky and on the ground. Born on vacation in Maryland then raised proudly in Chillicothe, OH, by his mother Rosina J. Brown (née Eisenbraun) and father, Albert Brown, and alongside younger brother, David J. Brown,

A later-in-lifelong resident of Pinellas Park, Florida, Albert's curiosity and passion for aviation inspired his dedicated career as an aircraft mechanic and instructor. His skilled hands and expansive knowledge ensured countless aircraft took flight safely, while his patient teaching enriched the lives of many aspiring aviation professionals who were fortunate enough to learn from him. His colleagues and students will remember him not only for his expertise but also for his humor and his unyielding commitment to sharing knowledge.

Away from the hangar, Albert was a devoted film and photography aficionado. He spent countless hours behind the lens, capturing the beauty of life’s fleeting moments and creating timeless memories for those around him. His keen eye for detail and artistic flair brought immense joy and comfort to family and friends alike.

Albert shared his life with his beloved wife, Muriel Anne Brown (née Pickles), with whom he built a loving family and shared numerous adventures. Together, they created a home filled with love and laughter. Albert's legacy lives on through his three children (Doris Brown, Victoria Brown and Albert Brown), daughter-in-law Tania Brown (née Ongay), four grandchildren (Abade Ongay, Arron Ongay, Zaida Ongay and Georgina Ongay) as well his beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Butterscotch "Georgie" Brown, all who brought him pride and joy and followed in his footsteps of seeking curiosity and fulfillment in their own ways.

The loss of Albert is deeply felt by all who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his generous spirit, ready smile, and unwavering love for his family and friends. As a man who valued connection and community, Albert's impact extends far beyond his family, touching the lives of neighbors, coworkers, and countless students.

Albert's life will be celebrated at a funeral service to be held at the Imperial Point Clubhouse on Sunday, May 11th, 2025 from 2:30pm to 5:30pm with a small Lutheran service at 3:00pm. It will be a Celebration of Life, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember the incredible life he lived. In addition, there will be a military internment at Florida National Cemetary in Bushnell, FL with military honors.

In his memory, Albert’s family kindly requests that those who wish to honor him do so by extending an act of kindness to someone else. It is in these small yet powerful moments of generosity that his spirit will continue to soar.
