Brinkley, Kay, ( Shipley ), age 70, of Franklin, Ohio passed away after a long illness at Hospice of Dayton Thursday, April fourteenth, 2020.

    She was born on October 8th, 1949 father Raymond Shipley and her mother Thelma Shipley, ( Richter ).

    Kay is survived by her devoted husband of 52 years, William Brinkley and their daughter in-law Corrin Brinkley, son Christopher Brinkley, two grandchildren, Shae Marie Brinkley and Michael Brinkley, two sisters Bobbie Thomas and Shirley Docken, as well as many friends and family.

    She is preceded in death by both her parents, two brothers Richard and Larry Shipley as well as son Michael Ryan Brinkley.

    Kay was known by all her friends and family as a compassionate soul  who took her responsibility to her family seriously, and always put others’  needs before hers. She will be deeply missed by all who had the honor of calling her friend and kin.

    In lieu of flowers, she would want any donations to go to her beloved church, Hillcrest Baptist Church in Carlisle.
