Charles Henry Levy IV, passed away at The Ohio State University Wexner Center on July 26, 2024. He was born April 6, 1952 in Shreveport, Louisiana to the late Charles Levy III and Betty Ann (Dial) Congrove.

Mr. Levy was a graduate of Whitehall Yearling High School and continued to pursue his business studies at Franklin University. He was a successful salesman in the Insurance, furniture and pharmaceutical sales industries. Mr. Levy was hardworking and dedicated to providing for his family. He was very loving and generous man.

In his younger years, he enjoyed working on cars and even owned his own boat! He liked to garden, work on landscaping and restore his historic home.

He is survived by his wife, Deena Levy; daughter, Amanda (Keith) Finney; two grandchildren, Olivia and Keira Finney; two sisters, Carol Wilkes and Marilyn (Michael) Figlestahler; and a brother-in-law, Dana (Billie Jane) Green; niece, Sarah (Jason)  Schwartz and great-niece, Zoe Schwartz.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Andrew Levy (1988).

Services will be private and entombment will take place at Newark Memorial Gardens.

The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
