Judith Ann Norris, age 69, passed away on November 5, 2021. She was born to the late Donovan J. and Dorothy B. Norris on March 20, 1952. She was a member of Eastview Methodist Church in Whitehall, OH. Judy is survived by her brother, Donovan J. (Jamie) Norris; one niece; and two nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents.
