In Memory

Bill Williams - Class Of 1972

"But this I call to mind, and therefore I have hope: The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness." Lamentations 3: 21-23 (ESV)

William "Bill" Williams, Jr. age 70, surrounded by family, went to be with our Lord on October 23, 2024.  Bill was a dynamic force whose spirit and passion for life inspired everyone around him. He loved the Lord, his family and The Ohio State Buckeyes.

He was born on November 28, 1953, in Columbus, Ohio to William Williams, Sr. and Evelyn (Sampson) Williams and was raised with his two brothers, Bob and Mike in Whitehall, Ohio. Growing up, he and his brothers enjoyed playing baseball, hanging out in their homemade fort and finding treasures in their backyard creek. "Goodbye brother, you are missed." He was a graduate of Whitehall Yearling High School, class of 1972.

A true risk-taker, Bill embraced challenges with enthusiasm, turning ideas into reality and dreams into ventures. His remarkable ability to connect with people and engage in conversation about any topic made him a cherished friend.  Bill had a big personality that filled every room, sharing stories and laughter that will echo in our hearts forever. He leaves behind a legacy of love and creativity. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bill and Eve and his son-in-law Mark Love.

He is survived by his faithful wife, Pam Williams, his children, Angela Love and Andrea (Jason) Hauser, his grandchildren Aidan Hauser, Colton Love, Lucy Hauser, Ellory Love, and Amos Hauser, his younger brothers Bob (Cheryl) Williams and Mike (Marianne) Williams and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bill was deeply loved and will be dearly missed.

We rejoice in the promise of heaven where we will be reunited. Many thanks to our family and friends who have reached out to us with their love, prayers, and support.
