Charlene Kay Parker Ranke age 82 passed away Thursday, November 20,

2025. She was born in Kingsport, TN. She attended Whitehall Yearling High Schoo, 1962. Retired from J.C. Penney.

 

Survived by husband Robert Ranke; son Gregory (Michelle) Parker; daughter Dawn (Shawn) Roush; grandchildren, Courtney (Nathan) Michael, Joshua Parker, Matthew Kinser, Grayson Roush, great grandchildren, Aaron Michael and Skylar Parker; sisters, Marvena Oxley, WYHS 1965 and Carolyn Dulin, WYHS 1967; several cousins; other loving family and friends.

 

Preceded in death by parents, Otis and Bernice Hunt. Funeral service Saturday, November 29, 2025, 10:00 AM Evans Funeral Home 4171 E. Livingston Ave. where friends may call 1 hour prior to service. Interment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
