Judy M. Stevens, 76, of Whitehall, went home to be with the Lord Sunday, June 17, 2018 at her residence surrounded by family. Judy was born April 8, 1942 in Akron, Ohio and graduated from Whitehall-Yearling High School class of '60. She was a member of Shepherd Church of the Nazarene and previously Eastpointe Christian Church. Judy was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother. She was a stay at home mom of four who devoted her life to her family, who will miss her dearly. She loved her church, the Buckeyes, yard sales and Christmas, which she always made magical. In addition to her parents, George and Frances Hamilton, she is preceded in death by her greatly missed son Randy. Judy is survived by her husband of 51 years, Edgar Stevens Jr; children, Glen, Cathy, Eddie; daughter-in-law, Krystal; her much loved grandchildren, Jessica and Daniel; as well as brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. A celebration of Judy's life will be held 12 pm on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Shepherd Church of the Nazarene, 425 S Hamilton Rd, Gahanna, OH 43230. Pastor Tim Swanson officiating. Family and friends may gather one hour prior to her celebration beginning at 11 am. In honor of Judy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation.
