Michael Joe Hukle, age 60, of Pataskala, went to be with the Lord on August 16, 2014 at Grant Medical Center. Mike was born March 26, 1954 to the late Joe and Jackie (Watts) Hukle in Columbus. Mike worked for Yenkin Majestic Paint for 27 years. He was an awesome inventor, fabricator, builder, and motorcycle mechanic. He enjoyed hunting with his wife and riding his Harley. Mike is survived by wife of 31 years, Sharon (Crites) Hukle; son, Jeramie Hukle; grandson, Derek; sisters, Diane (John) Parish, Patty (David) Straight; mother-in-law and 2nd mom, Pauline Crites; brother & sister-in-law, David (Debbie) Crites; special friends, Marilyn Green, the Ulrey family; nieces; nephews; countless other family & friends; and his beloved four legged daughter, Gretchen. A Memorial Gathering to be held on SATURDAY, August 30, 2014, from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., at the PFEIFER FUNERAL HOME, immediately followed by a service at 11:30 a.m. with Mike's sister, Diana officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mike’s memory to the German Shepherd Dog Club of Central Ohio - Route 1, 16199 Liberty Rd N. Fredericktown, Ohio 43019.
