Greg Nader - Class Of 1980

Nader Gregory K. "Doc" Nader, 53, of Pataskala, Ohio, lost his battle with melanoma and passed away November 25, 2015 in his home surrounded by his family. He was born August 19, 1962, in Columbus, Ohio to Otto and Lura Lee (Schneider) Nader. Preceded in death by his father, Otto. Greg is survived by wife; Kathleen (Galloway); and his most beloved children; Zoey and Maxwell; mother, Lura Lee; siblings, Renee (Kitts), Douglas (Janice), Kurt and Denise (Garrett); along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Greg lived a full life. He was an incredibly creative person; a skilled craftsman and percussionist, as well as a lover of fishing and RC planes/toys. His wood working and love for the drums enriched the lives of so many who knew him. His precious Life was taken all too quickly, but our hearts are full to bursting with gratitude for the years he was with us. The Nader family cannot express enough; their gratitude and thanks to all the friends who visited him in his last weeks as it helped him keep fighting yet another day. We cannot be thankful enough for the exemplary care to not only Greg, but to our entire family that was received from both Kobacker House and OhioHealth Hospice. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 6 p.m. at Tri-Village Christian Church, 7509 E. Broad Street, SW, Pataskala, OH 43062. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus OH 43214 or your Hospice of choice.
