1954 - 2017
James Leroy Forrest, age 63, Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Mt. Carmel East Hospital. He was a proud Marine and huge Ohio State fan. Enjoyed watching NASCAR. Survived by sons, Joseph (Katie Knapp) Forrest and Robert (Meghan) Forrest; grandchildren, Abbigail and Hannah Forrest; sisters Kathy Forrest and Cheryl Kelly; brothers, Charles Forrest and Guy Forrest I; significant other, Betsy Young; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by parents Guy Jr. and Kathleen Forrest. Friends may call Wednesday 4-7 P.M., EVANS FUNERAL HOME, 4171 E. Livingston Ave., where service will be held Thursday 12 Noon. Rev. Paul K.
