Tobi attended Beechwood Elementary and was the second of five sisters, Debbie, Susan, Michelle and Wendy.  Her parents are Sol & Carol Fineblum.  They moved to Wheaton, Maryland in approximately 1964 or 65.  Tobi attended John F. Kennedy High School there.
