Nancy Lee Spohn, 81, of Blacklick, Ohio passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at her home with her loving family by her side. Nancy was born on April 7, 1944, in Columbus, Ohio to her parents Harold and Emogene (Funk) Friend. Nancy grew up humbly but not without great gifts she could give to the world. She was the fifth of nine children and started babysitting her nieces and nephews at the age of 10. Nancy graduated Whitehall Yearling High School in 1962. Nancy met her future husband Philip Spohn through a mutual friend. The two were wed on March 12, 1965. They shared 31 loving years together until Phil's untimely passing.

Nancy found joy in all things Disney. This included collecting memorabilia, visiting the parks and sharing the movies with her loved ones. Challenging herself with Sudoku, word and jigsaw puzzles was her favorite past time. Nancy enjoyed listening to Elvis and traditional country music.

Nancy was reserved with her presence but bold in her actions. In her lifetime of caring for others, her charitability knew no bounds.

To cherish her memory, Nancy leaves her son Raymond (Stacy) Spohn; daughters Robin (Alan) Hanes and Rebecca Spohn; Grandchildren Amanda, Nick and Parker; great-grandchildren Chloie, Jay, Cheyanne, and Aiden; sisters Phyllis, Karen (John), and numerous nieces and nephews. Nancy joins in rest her beloved husband Phil; parents Harold and Emogene; and siblings Paul, Bev, Sandy, Eddie, Laura, and Bill. She will be dearly missed.
